This is a table that I made that sits out on my patio, still showing blue stains from my son’s art project with tempera paints earlier this summer. Fruits from my neighbor’s crab tree have fallen on it and all around it. I sat here today reading my statistics homework, but kept noticing these pretty little scenes on the table. Soon I put aside my reading (any old excuse will do to stop reading about statistics!) and began to take pictures with my phone. I hope you enjoy them.
A colorful chalk mural appeared overnight in front of Hartford Avenue School on the UWM campus at the corner of Hartford and Maryland avenues.
This mural appeared seemingly overnight in the Northwest Quadrant (NWQ) on the UWM campus just outside the The Grind coffee shop. This is the second mural in the building by UWM grad Brooklyn Henke. I’m thrilled to get to look at this every time I buy my joe!
