Yet another batch of images from my recent visit to Clarion Alley in San Francisco. Again, this was just ONE alley. I thought this might be the last post from this alley, but I have at least one more to make to get them all in. Are you overwhelmed yet? I sure was!
This is “Fist Face”, a historical work, one of the first in the alley, according to the man who saw my interest and took me down to the end of the alley to see it. I was like, “Wait! I’m not ready to go to the end yet!” Of course I could just walk back to where I left off, and I did, but it was hard to walk past everything I hadn’t yet seen to get to Fist Face. He’s huge and up higher than all the others. I haven’t researched this particular piece so I don’t know if what he said is true, but I will have to look into it.
The man on the far left of the right image above is the one who took me down to the end of the alley to see Fist Face. 🙂
